In the world of dividend investing, YouTube became a go-to source for valuable information when I started investing in 2023.

Below are 5 dividend investing YouTubers you should follow, plus 2 honorable mentions. Joseph Carlson and Matt Derron don’t proclaim themselves as dividend investing YouTubers but most of the stocks they are holding pay a dividend.

Their videos are packed with information and advice, creating a supportive community for anyone interested in growing their money through dividends.

Ryne Williams

Ryne Williams is where Ryne documents his investing journey and hopes to inspire and motivate others to start investing. The channel is all about reaching financial freedom with dividend investing. Ryne provides a portfolio tracker spreadsheet that you can download for free on his website.

Did I learn anything from them?

Hell yeah, in the realm of the stock investing world, we shouldn’t blindly follow what others are buying. There will be a monetary loss if we don’t put in the effort to analyze the financial fundamentals and conduct thorough research on a company.

One company in my portfolio is Williams-Sonoma (Ticker WSM). I first heard about this company on Ryne’s channel, particularly noting on Ryne mentioning Williams-Sonoma’s low debt and consistent revenue earnings.

I did my homework, read the company presentation report, and purchased the shares in April 2023 at an average cost of $122.46. Currently with four shares, I am up 84.62% to date as the current price of Williams-Sonoma is $226.10. My only regret is I didn’t manage to purchase more at that time.

I love to watch Dividendology’s portfolio tracker spreadsheet tutorial and I created my own by following along with his videos. Additionally. the channel provides the intrinsic value of the mentioned stocks which serves as a valuable guide for consideration in your purchase.
